Can you create sculptures of any pet?
Absolutely.
Whether it's a dog, cat, bird, hamster, lizard, horse, spider, snake or even a goldfish, we can create a bespoke sculpture for almost any animal.
Every pet is unique, and we believe every companion deserves to be remembered.
If you're unsure whether your pet is suitable, simply get in touch before placing your order—we'll be happy to advise.
How many photos should I provide?
We recommend sending 5–10 clear photographs taken from different angles.
The more images we have, the better we can understand your pet's appearance, colouring and unique personality.
If you're unsure whether your photos are suitable, simply send them to us and we'll happily review them for you.
Does the background of my photos matter?
Not at all.
We only focus on your pet.
Clear photographs taken on a modern smartphone are usually perfect. Natural daylight generally produces the best results.
Can you create a sculpture if my pet has sadly passed away?
Of course.
Many of our customers commission a sculpture to celebrate the life of a much-loved companion.
As long as the photographs are clear, we'll do everything we can to recreate the pet you know and love.
Can accessories such as collars or favourite toys be included?
Yes.
Favourite toys, blankets and other meaningful accessories can all be incorporated into your sculpture where possible.
If there's a particular detail that's important to you, simply let us know when placing your order.
Design Process
When will I receive my design preview?
Your first digital sculpture preview is usually ready within 2–3 working days of placing your order.
Can I request changes?
Absolutely.
Whether you'd like to adjust the expression, pose, colouring, proportions or any other detail, we'll continue refining the design based on your feedback.
We do not limit the number of design revisions.
Production only begins once you're completely happy with the design.
Why do I need to approve the design?
Because we believe the best bespoke sculptures are created together.
You know your pet better than anyone else, and our role is to combine your knowledge with our design expertise to create the most faithful representation possible.

Unlike many studios that produce white resin models before hand-painting them, every Kithkins sculpture begins as a high-precision digital sculpture.
Each piece is individually designed before being produced using world-leading industrial full-colour 3D printing technology.
Every sculpture is built from more than 4,000 ultra-fine resin layers, with colour and texture formed directly within the model rather than painted onto the surface afterwards.
This allows us to recreate the delicate texture of fur, feathers and scales with remarkable realism while faithfully reproducing the design you've approved.

How is my sculpture made?
Every Kithkins sculpture follows a carefully refined production process. From the moment you share your photographs to the day your sculpture arrives safely at your door, every stage is carried out with exceptional care and attention to detail.
01 | Photo Analysis & Research
We carefully study every photograph to understand your pet's appearance, markings, expression, colouring and unique characteristics.
Where needed, we'll also discuss your pet's personality and habits with you to ensure every important detail is captured.
02 | Digital Sculpting
Our designers create every sculpture entirely from scratch.
Every strand of fur, body proportion, facial expression and distinctive feature is individually sculpted and refined to create the most lifelike representation possible.
03 | Design Review & Unlimited Revisions
Once the first design is complete, we'll send you a preview for approval.
You'll have the opportunity to request changes to the expression, pose, proportions, markings or any other detail.
There is no limit to the number of design revisions, and production will only begin once you're completely satisfied.
04 | Colour Calibration
Before production begins, the final approved design undergoes professional colour calibration.
Using advanced colour management, we ensure the printed sculpture accurately matches the approved digital design in both colour and detail.
05 | Industrial Full-Colour 3D Printing
Your sculpture is then produced using world-leading industrial full-colour 3D printing technology.
Built from over 4,000 ultra-fine resin layers, colour and texture are integrated directly into the sculpture itself rather than being applied by hand afterwards.
This allows us to recreate natural fur flow, delicate feather gradients, intricate scale textures and subtle colour transitions with outstanding realism.
06 | Precision Sandblasting & Surface Refinement
Each sculpture is carefully sandblasted to remove any remaining support material and refine the surface.
This process enhances the definition of fine textures and prepares the sculpture for its protective finish.
07 | Protective Coating & UV Colour Sealing
A specialist protective coating is then applied before the sculpture undergoes UV curing.
This enhances colour stability, improves durability and helps preserve the sculpture's appearance for many years to come.
08 | Hand Quality Inspection
Every sculpture is individually inspected by hand.
We carefully examine colours, textures, structure and overall finish to ensure the final piece faithfully matches the approved design and meets Kithkins' quality standards.
09 | Bespoke Protective Packaging
Every sculpture has its own unique shape and structure, so every package is individually designed to match.
We create bespoke protective packaging to minimise movement during transit and ensure your sculpture arrives safely.
Finally, it's presented in our premium gift packaging, creating a memorable unboxing experience from the moment it arrives.
Will my sculpture last for many years?
Absolutely.
Our sculptures are produced using high-quality, environmentally friendly full-colour resin, offering excellent durability for long-term display.
When displayed indoors under normal conditions, they'll retain their colour and fine detail for many years.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Once you've approved your design, production usually takes around 1-2 weeks.
Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–3 working days, while international delivery usually takes 6–7 working days.
During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What if I'm not completely happy with my sculpture?
Our goal is that you'll never need to use our satisfaction guarantee.
Every sculpture is reviewed and approved by you before production begins, with unlimited design revisions included.
However, if your finished sculpture doesn't meet our quality promise, please contact us.
We'll always work with you to find the best solution, whether that's an adjustment, remake, return or refund.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes.
You can amend your order at any time before approving your final design.
We'll always do our best to accommodate any changes.
How should I care for my sculpture?
Your sculpture requires very little maintenance.
Simply keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessively damp environments.
To clean it, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary depending on your pet's breed, pose and proportions.
