2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
3. Definitions
3.1 “Custom Product” means any made-to-order or personalised item created from photos or information you provide (including 3D figurines, magnets, jewellery, keyrings, and any other bespoke keepsakes).
3.2 “Preview” means the digital artwork/3D render shared for approval before production.
4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to place an order.
5. Orders and contract formation
5.1 The steps to place an order are shown on the website.
5.2 Your order is an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email (or when we start producing the Custom Product, whichever occurs first).
5.3 We may refuse or cancel orders if images are insufficient, there is a pricing error, or payment is not authorised. Cancelled orders will be refunded.
6. Prices, payment and promotions
6.1 Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated at checkout.
6.2 Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
6.3 Discount codes are subject to stated conditions and cannot usually be combined.
6.4 Payment is taken via the methods shown at checkout. We do not store full card details.
7. Your photos, content and permissions
7.1 You confirm you own or have permission to use uploaded materials.
7.2 You grant us a limited licence to use materials solely to fulfil your order.
7.3 You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
8. Previews and revisions
8.1 Eligible Custom Products may receive a Preview before production.
8.2 Revisions may be offered within reasonable limits.
8.3 Once approved, further changes may not be possible or may incur fees.
9. Production time
9.1 Production timelines are estimates and may vary. We will notify you of material delays.
10. Delivery, risk and title
10.1 Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
10.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
10.3 Title passes once full payment is received.
11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
11.1 Custom Products cannot normally be cancelled once production begins.
11.2 Faulty or misdescribed items are covered by statutory rights.
11.3 Transit damage must be reported within 7 days with photos.
11.4 Non-custom items follow their stated returns policy.
12. Accuracy of colours and finishes
12.1 Colours may vary due to screens and production processes.
12.2 Minor variations do not constitute defects.
13. Care instructions
13.1 Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
14. Intellectual property
14.1 All website content and designs are owned or licensed by us.
14.2 You may not reproduce without permission.
