The process was great from start to finish. Communication from the company was brilliant, especially for people who are neurodivergent and want to ask additional questions. They were happy to speak with us to help us understand things better. They also let you preview your figure in advance, so you can let them know if any changes need to be made!
The packaging was really secure and well padded to make sure the figure arrived safely.
The figure looks so much like Elliot it’s almost scary! The attention to detail is amazing. You can see each individual hair and spot.

Creating a 3D figurine of my late Chihuahua, Virus, was such an emotional experience and brought back so many memories of the nearly 15 years we spent together.
